Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or taste preferences.
Please check all product details (including item description, quantity, and expiry dates where applicable) carefully before confirming your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for orders that spoil or deteriorate because of unsuccessful delivery attempts, delays in collection, or improper storage after delivery.
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or an item that is clearly damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery, you must contact us at info@kaaayfm.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Any requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted. After reviewing the case, we may, at our sole discretion and only where required by applicable law, offer a replacement or other remedy. We do not guarantee any remedy in every case.
