1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KAAAY Family Mart website and your purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy).
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Products and pricing
All products, particularly food and grocery items, are offered subject to availability. We may change products, descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice.
Prices shown at checkout are in the stated currency and include or exclude taxes and fees as indicated; you are responsible for any additional charges such as bank or card fees.

3. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted only when we confirm it (for example, via order confirmation email) and receive successful payment. We may cancel or refuse any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues).
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information, and to update it promptly so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This includes our flat $12 standard shipping rate per order.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide, or upon collection where applicable. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by factors outside our reasonable control (such as courier delays, incorrect address, or failure to receive the parcel).

5. Returns, refunds and defective goods
Because we primarily sell food and grocery items, all sales are final and our Return & Refund Policy states that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or customer error.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under Singapore law (including consumer protection and “Lemon Law” provisions) in relation to defective goods; where required, we will provide the legally prescribed remedies.

6. Use of the website
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or to upload or transmit any harmful code or content. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the site.

7. Personal data and privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect your data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

8. Intellectual property
All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos and images) is owned by or licensed to KAAAY Family Mart and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAAAY Family Mart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on our website, with the “last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the site or placing new orders after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
