Shipping rates and minimum order
We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $12 per order, regardless of the number of items in your cart.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Public holidays and peak periods may require additional processing time. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier workload, but most orders are delivered same day after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery conditions
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order at the stated address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees arising from incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may reschedule delivery or return the parcel. Any re-delivery or additional charges imposed by the courier will be the responsibility of the customer.
Perishable goods – no returns or refunds
As we primarily sell food and grocery items, all products are considered perishable and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, due to food safety and hygiene reasons. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery, or where the customer is not available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date.
Order issues and contact
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe you have received the wrong item or an item that is clearly damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery, contact us at info@kaaayfm.com within 24 hours, with your order number and clear photos or videos. Any requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess each case and respond in line with our internal policies and applicable laws.
