Lodeh or commonly known as Lontong, is a popular, coconut-based vegetable dish typically served with Lontong (compressed rice). 

This traditional Malay dish is a breakfast favourite and is also often served during festive seasons such as Hari Raya. Common ingredients in this dish include long beans, tofu and cabbage.
